Innovation in the strategy, but not in the culture?

Companies now build Innovation into strategy, but still don’t enable their people?

Imaginatik shared the results of their Innovation Maturity survey on Wednesday.  Whilst there are great signs that increasingly companies have properly budgeted  Innovation programmes linked to the planning cycle and Strategy of their business, they still don’t engage in the “soft stuff”.  Very low scores are seen for allowing time or training for innovation.  Fewer still celebrate their failures.

It will always be interesting to read content from other writers and use something from other web sites.
